Antizer 30-Day Refund & Return Policy

At Antizer, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You may return any physical product purchased on https://www.antizer.com subject to the terms below.

1. Return Reasons & Cost Responsibility

Product Issues (Defects/Damage): If the return is due to product quality problems, defects, or damage caused during transportation, Antizer will provide a free exchange or a full refund. We will cover the return shipping costs.

Personal Reasons (Buyer's Remorse): If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind, don't like the style, or ordered the wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Eligibility for Returns

 To be eligible for a return & exchange:

  1. The light fixture must be in the same condition as received.
  2. The light fixture must be unused and uninstalled.
  3. The return must include all original items, accessories, and manuals, in their original packaging.
  4. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).

3. Return Processing Fees

  1. Defective/Damaged Items: No restocking fee. You will receive a 100% full refund.
  2. 10% Restocking Fee (For Buyer's Remorse): For all returns made due to personal reasons, a 10% restocking fee of the actual product price will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection and relisting costs.
  3. Refund Processing Time: Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.

4. How to Return Your Item

Step 1: Contact us at service@antizer.com within 30 days of receiving your item, stating the reason for return and providing your order number.

Step 2: Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Step 3: Ship the item back to our designated return center.

Designated Return Center (For U.S. Orders): Shenzhen Gudenaisi Technology Co., Ltd 5521 Schaefer Ave, Chino, CA 91710, United States (Note: Returns are only accepted with prior authorization from our team. Please do not send items back without contacting us first).

5. Order Changes & Cancellations Orders can be modified or canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once an order is "In Transit" or has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse a package in transit, you will be responsible for the resulting shipping costs incurred.

6. Non-Returnable Items We will not accept returns for:

Items without proof of purchase.

Requests made beyond the 30-day return period.

Items that have been assembled, installed, or altered.

Items scratched or damaged due to improper handling or installation by the user.

7. Warranty & Quality Assurance

Two-Year Warranty: All products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse. We reserve the right to request photo/video evidence to assess the issue and replace parts at our discretion.

Damaged Items Upon Arrival: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us within your 30-day return window. We will provide replacement parts or a new fixture free of charge.
