Shipping and Delivery Policy

Please read this Shipping and Delivery Policy carefully. Antizer follows all applicable laws and values your shopping experience. If you need assistance, please contact service@antizer.com.

We aim to offer a seamless shipping experience. Once processed, your items will be shipped through carefully selected delivery partners to ensure safe handling and timely arrival at your address.

1. When Will My Order Be Processed?

All orders are processed within 2–6 business days before shipment. (Note: Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Time At Antizer, we are committed to delivering your orders as efficiently as possible. We offer two shipping methods:

Standard Shipping (Free): Estimated Transit Time: 21–35 business days after shipment.

Expedited Shipping (Paid): Estimated Transit Time: 7–15 business days after shipment. (Charges vary by destination and weight, calculated at checkout).

Total Estimated Delivery Time (Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Transit Time)

Standard Shipping: 23–41 business days in total.

Expedited Shipping: 9–21 business days in total.

3. How Will My Order Be Shipped?

All orders will be shipped through reliable carriers such as UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

4. Delivery Area

We currently provide shipping services to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Poland.

United States: We cover 50 states. Please note that for non-contiguous regions such as Alaska and Hawaii, special shipping rates will apply at checkout.

Canada, UK, & Poland: We offer both Standard and Expedited shipping options.

For other countries, please contact our support team at service@antizer.com to inquire about shipping availability.

5. Duties, Taxes, and Fees

Taxes and Duties: Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment. For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their local authorities.

Foreign Transaction Fees: All transactions are processed in USD at checkout. If your bank account uses a different currency, you may be subject to currency exchange rates or transaction fees determined by your bank. We are not responsible for these bank-specific charges.

6. Order Cancellations & Address Changes

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are dispatched. Once an order is processed and in transit, it cannot be canceled.

Address Changes: We are unable to change the shipping address once the package is in transit. Please contact us at service@antizer.com within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to modify your details.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Packages

If your order is lost, damaged during transit, or if you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service support at service@antizer.com immediately. We will investigate and provide a replacement or a refund. Antizer is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
