How Do I Place An Order for Products That Are Currently Out of Stock?

Usually we ensure that the inventory of products on the shelves is sufficient, but the inventory of some customized products and sizes that exceed the logistics limit will be set to 0, or the price will be much higher than other sizes. If you have needs, please contact us to confirm product inventory or price.

How Long Will It Take to Ship My Order?

Orders will be processed within 4-6 working days after the order date, and we will ship the next day after the processing date if there are no special circumstances. Typically you should receive a tracking confirmation email within 3-5 business days after your order is fully processed to track the status of your order. Typically, overall delivery time from receipt of order is 10-30 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.

How Do I Track An Order?

After the goods are shipped, we will provide you with the name of the express delivery company and tracking number by email. With this tracking number you can view a tracking summary which will list delivery information that has been captured at various scan points throughout your item's journey. Track Your Order

Can I View Products Prior to Purchase?

A: We are an Internet business, so we do not have a traditional brick-and-mortar store to view our products. By eliminating these overhead costs, we are able to offer prices that are significantly lower than traditional retailers.

  • As each product is hand-crafted, there is a possibility of slight variations in assembly and finishes from one piece to another.
  • However, these minor variations do not affect the overall quality, craftsmanship, aesthetics, or functionality of the product.

Does Your Postage Fee Include Insurance?

Shipping costs include full insurance coverage. Please inspect your order thoroughly as soon as you receive it. If there are any issues with the delivery, such as a damaged product, an incorrect order, or any other problems, please notify us within 60 days.

How Do I Maintain the Products?

All of our products are decorative objects crafted by dedicated artisans. They are intended for indoor use only. We recommend keeping them in a dry place at indoor temperature.

For cleaning, we recommend gently wiping the products with a damp cloth. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper cleaning, the use of cleaning products, or improper use of the items.

How Do I Assemble the Products?

Since we have many product categories, we will send you electronic installation instructions or videos after you purchase the product. These regulations stipulate whether you need an electrician or multiple personnel for assembly.

It is recommended that lighting fixtures be installed by professionals. Under no circumstances will we be held responsible for mishaps and/or accidents that may occur due to improper use and/or installation of our products.
