Antizer 30-Day Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you purchased Antizer's products through an authorized retailer, please return your items to the retailer in accordance with their policy. You may return any physical product purchased directly on antizer.com subject to the terms below.

1. Return Reasons & Cost Responsibilities To ensure full transparency, please review the cost responsibilities based on your return reason:

Product Issues (Defective/Damaged): If there is a problem with the product itself, such as quality defects, or damage caused during transportation, or if we sent the wrong item, we will take full responsibility. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Personal Reasons (Buyer's Remorse): If you wish to return the item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or simply do not like it, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels for personal reason returns.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The light fixture is in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be completely uninstalled and unused.

  • All parts, accessories, and manuals must be included.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).

3. Return Fees & Relisting Fees

Unopened & Unused Packages: If the package remains completely unopened and you wish to return it, you are only responsible for the return shipping cost. No extra fees apply.

Opened but Uninstalled Packages: If the package has been opened, but the items remain unassembled, completely uninstalled, undamaged, and resalable in their original packaging, a 10% relisting fee (based on the item's purchase price) will be deducted from your final refund. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost.

4. Our Return Process

Step 1: Submit a return inquiry to service@antizer.com within 30 days of receiving your item, including your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos/videos if the item is defective.

Step 2: We will review your request and confirm your eligible refund amount.

Step 3: Once approved, we will provide you with the authorized return address. (Please do not send items back to the original shipping address without contacting us first, as return facilities vary).

Step 4: You arrange the return shipping. Please print your order confirmation email and put it inside the return package.

Step 5: Email us the return tracking number so we can track the package.

Step 6: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The funds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately before the product is shipped.

Before Shipping: We can cancel or modify your order for free.

After Shipping: Any order that has already been dispatched cannot be modified or canceled in transit. If you still want to cancel, you must wait for the package to arrive and initiate a standard return. You will be responsible for the original shipping costs incurred and the return shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items We will not accept returns in the following situations:

  1. Items without sufficient proof of purchase.
  2. Requests made beyond the 30-day return window.
  3. Items marked as "Clearance," "Final Sale," or "Non-returnable" on the product page.
  4. Items that have been assembled, installed, or modified.
  5. Items scratched or damaged due to improper unpacking, installation, or cleaning by the user.
  6. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents.

7. Refunds for Lost Packages

If you have not received your package within 60 natural days, please email us. We will investigate and process a full refund or send a brand-new replacement package.

If the package is lost or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

8. Two-Year Warranty

All products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear. You can contact us at service@antizer.com for warranty claims. We reserve the right to ask for photographic or video evidence of the defective parts. We will replace the parts based on our assessment. Only one incident is covered per item.
