Antizer 30-Day Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.If you purchased Antizer's products through an authorized retailer, please return your accessories to the retailer with proof of purchase in accordance with the retailer's policy. Once the returned merchandise returns to Antizer's warehouse for inspection, the refund process begins. You may return any physical product purchased on antizer.com subject to the terms below.

Conditions for Obtaining Free Returns and Exchanges

Generally Speaking, There Are Two Reasons for Returns:
① Product reasons: product quality problems or defects, damage caused during transportation, etc.
② Personal reasons: For example, you suddenly don’t want it, or you don’t like it, etc.

Note: If there is a problem with the product itself or any problem during transportation, we will provide free exchange service. If you want to return the lamp or don't like the lamp for personal reasons, the customer will bear the return and exchange costs.

To be eligible for a return & exchange

1. Your light fixture must be in the same condition it was received.
2. The light fixture must be unused.
3. Your return should include all items that were in the original package.
4. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
5. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
6. Items returned within 30 days will be eligible for a refund back to the original method of payment.

How Do I Return My Item?

State the reason for the return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number. Send to our customer service email address service@antizer.com
Antizer will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 business hours.

Our Returns Process

NOTE: Read the Return Policy above to determine if your order is eligible for a refund/return.
Step 1: Submit inquiry at service@antizer.com, including reason for return
Step 2: We confirm your eligible refund amount based on your return reason and the items in your order.
Step 3: We provide a return address and shipping label instructions. If you do not follow our instructions we will not be able to refund you.
Step 4: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item. We do not cover return shipping or provide prepaid labels. Please print your order confirmation email and include it with your return package.
Step 5: Notify us via email that you have sent your return and provide us with your tracking number (if applicable).
Step 6: We will process your return within 2-5 business days after we receive your returned item.
Step 7: If it is shipped from our factory to the destination, you need to return the package to our factory.

If the package is shipped from our warehouse to the destination, you need to return the package to our warehouse, so we need to provide a different return address according to your order.

Return charge rate and extra shipping fee

  • Order(s) not rejected due to damage to the outer packaging, or order(s) that have been received but the package remains unopened:The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost;
  • Returning is asked even though the replacement of broken and defective parts for free:The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost;
  • The package(s) has been opened, and the original packaging is intact; however, you don't want/need/like the item(s) or the items isn't as you expected or you purchase an incorrect dimension of item:10% of the actual payment amount will be deducted,the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost;
  • The package(s) has been opened, and the original packaging is not intact; however, the item(s) remain unassembled, undamaged, and resalable:10% of the actual payment amount will be deducted,the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost;
  • Note that 10% of the actual payment amount = order amount - (service fee+packaging fee+shipping fee). That means that you will get 90% of the actual payment amount as refund.

How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us before the product is shipped. Please be sure to provide your order number and the modifications you want to make, and we will confirm the modifications once they are completed.
Please note:any order that has already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
If the order has been shipped and you still want to cancel it, you can choose to refuse the product, but the shipping costs incurred will be borne by you. We will handle the refund procedure for you after the product is returned to our warehouse.

Non-returnable items

We will not accept returns in the following situations:
1. Without sufficient required information such as proof of purchasing. ❌
2. beyond the 30-day return period after received. ❌
3. Clearance or marked as "non-returnable" on the sales page. ❌
4. Assembled. ❌
5. Scratched or damaged due to improper unpacking, installation, cleaning by user. ❌
6. Damaged by misuse, negligence, intention and accidents. ❌
7. Over 50,000 Dollars. ❌

Delivered damaged Items

Please inspect your items upon reception and contact us immediately (within 15 days of the receipt of the product) if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by replacing the problem parts or the light fixture based on the situation. Please know that photos and/or videos are mandatory for our team to assess the issues and provide the best resolutions possible. If you wish to return the light fixture instead, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Again, we will always make it right by sending you replacements free of charge, provided that we receive high-quality photos and/or videos showing the defects.

Refund due to items not received

1. If you have not received your package within 60 natural days. You can apply for a full refund after emailing us. If the customer wishes to have the parcel re-shipped due to the incorrect address provided by the customer, the shipping cost will not be covered by Antizer.
2. The refund will be refused if you don't claim to have the package even if carrier get the receipt, but we can help you claiming compensation from the carrier by providing you with information about it.
3. Don't refund for the package lost in transit, But we will send you a brand new replacement package.

One Year Warranty

★ Any products come with one year warranty. You can contact us at service@antizer.com for any manufacturing defects during the period, which do not cover any normal wear and tear. Antizer reserves the right to ask for evidence (including photos and/or videos) of the defective parts and replace the parts based on our discretion. Only one incident is covered.
