Expedited Shipping / Air Freight (Paid):

How Will My Order Be Shipped?

Delivery Area We currently ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Please note: For certain non-contiguous U.S. territories and regions (such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), standard free shipping may not be available. Special expedited shipping rates based on weight will apply at checkout. If I Order More Than One Item, Will They Be Shipped Together?

Can I Change My Shipping Address After My Order Is Placed? Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address once the product is in transit. Lost, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages
We apologize if your order gets stuck at customs or lost in transit! Please contact our support team at service@antizer.com, and we will investigate and provide a full refund or send a brand-new replacement.
Customer Responsibility: If the package is lost, returned, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout, or if the customer fails to pick up the package from the local carrier in time, the customer will be responsible for the loss. In such cases, Antizer will not issue a free replacement or a full refund.
Order Cancellations
All orders can be modified or canceled completely free of charge before they are dispatched. If you contact us in time, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. However, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped and are in transit. If you no longer want the item, you will need to follow our standard return process once the package arrives.

4. How does the tri-color light bulb work, and can I set it to one color?
- The tri-color light bulb allows you to switch between three color temperatures: warm white, neutral white, and cool white.
You can change the color temperature by toggling the wall switch (turning it on and off in sequence).
Important: Tri-color bulbs are not compatible with dimmer switches or triac-based switches (such as silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) switches). If you want to keep the light at one specific color, you will need to replace the tri-color bulb with a single-color bulb (e.g., warm white).

Very straightforward to install you just have to buy the box if you don’t have one to put in your wall. I used the old work box that’s what they’re called and it installs with tabs to the Drywall. My wife loves them.

This crystal wall lamp is absolutely gorgeous! The gold finish paired with the crystal design adds a luxurious and modern touch to my living space. It’s perfect for enhancing the ambiance beside the bed. Installation was also straightforward.
The lights are beautiful and elegant once installed. They come very well packaged to prevent damage during shipping but the Styrofoam that is used is the kind that crumbles and leaves a mess everywhere so be ready for that. Assembly and installation is not a quick process by any means. You need a padded surface to lay out all the glass tubes so you can determine the sizes and which ones go where. You then have to slide a rubber ring on each one and position it just right so the tube extends from the bottom the same amount as it does from the top. Do not insert the tubes in the body of the light until after installation on the wall and adding the bulbs to make installation easier.

I saw this sconce and loved it. I wanted to put it next to my bed, but I dont have a hardwired box there. I ordered a plug with an on off switch and wired it up to the light to make sure I liked it. I do! I love it. I will need to drill a hole thru the plate, so the lamp will sit flush on the wall. I will also order a second one for the other side of the bed.
