2. Can I install the fixture on a slanted ceiling?
- Yes, our light fixtures can be installed on slanted ceilings.
Important: Please note this requirement in the payment/checkout section or contact customer service when placing your order to ensure we provide the correct installation components for your ceiling type.
3. Can I request custom cable lengths for the fixture?
- Yes, we can provide custom cable lengths to suit your installation needs.

4. How does the tri-color light bulb work, and can I set it to one color?
- The tri-color light bulb allows you to switch between three color temperatures: warm white, neutral white, and cool white.
You can change the color temperature by toggling the wall switch (turning it on and off in sequence).
Important: Tri-color bulbs are not compatible with dimmer switches or triac-based switches (such as silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) switches). If you want to keep the light at one specific color, you will need to replace the tri-color bulb with a single-color bulb (e.g., warm white).
